Shkelzen Nura (Xeni) is from Gjakova, Kosova. He is married and has two kids. During the latest war in Kosova, he was political prisoner (1999 – 2001) at the Penitentiary Facility in Nis. He has a degree in Economics, and has worked with the Dutch NGO Cordaid (2001 – 2007) as a logistics assistant, and ProCredit Bank in Gjakova as a bank client adviser and supervisor of ATMs. In 2015 he joined the Main Family Health Center in Gjakova as a warehouse manager, where he still works today. Besides work, he enjoys watching movies and playing guitar. He also has a keen interest on anything related to Information Technology (IT).
